The Planning and Property Development Services Department is responsible for the accommodation, facility and land use planning functions for the Board. Our role is to identify student accommodation requirements in a timely and effective way and to respond to student needs by undertaking the following:

- Accommodation Strategies
- Education Development Charges
- Student Enrolment Projections
- School Site Designation and Acquisition
- Active School Travel Programs
