On an annual basis, the Planning and Property Services Department of the York Region District School Board reviews student accommodation concerns across the Board.
As part of that process, a long term accommodation plan is created (known as the Capital Strategy) which identifies new schools, additions to schools and replacement school requirements. Please visit the Capital Strategy webpage for more information on projects that have been submitted to the Ministry of Education for review and funding.
