What:
The York Region Sci-Tech Fair is an opportunity for all York Region students from grade 7-12 to showcase their scientific research and meet other young scientists. Approximately 100 projects have been entered in the fair this year.
Categories for student projects: Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering and Computing Sciences, Physical and Mathematical Sciences, and Earth and Environmental Science.
Gold medal winners at the York Region Sci-Tech Fair are invited to participate and compete at the 54th Canada Wide Science Fair in Fredericton, New Brunswick during the week of May 11-16, 2015.

Stephen Lewis Secondary School

When:
Saturday, March 28 from 9:30 a.m. – 4:00 pm in the Cafeteria
Best photo opportunities available between:
- 2:30pm -3:30 pm (Public Viewing)
- 3:30 pm- 4:00pm (Awards and Recognition Ceremony)
Why:
To celebrate the achievements of young scientists in York Region and encourage students to explore different fields in science.
