What:
“Chenoa’s Dream to Walk” Walk-a-thon
"Chenoa's Dream to Walk" will raise funds for a specialized surgery for Grade 1 student Chenoa, who was diagnosed with cerebral palsy at 18 months old. The operation will alleviate some of Chenoa’s pain and provide her with a chance to walk and gain some independence. Chenoa has spasticity (tight, stiff muscles) of the legs, which makes it difficult for Chenoa to coordinate her muscles, resulting in painfully stiff and rigid legs.
