Stouffville District Secondary School is having a special assembly to promote inclusion on March 21 - the International Day for the Elimination of Racism. The assembly features an interactive, artistic presentation created by students in Mr. Butters Grade 10 History Class, Mr. Hammond’s Grade 12 Writers’ Craft class, and Ms. Creasor’s Grade 11 Visual Arts class. Special guests include Juno-nominated songwriter Glenn Marais. Students will share their learnings of Canadian history, and their vision of Canada through poetry, music, art and communication technology.
