Associate Director of Education, Equitable Outcomes & Schools
As the Associate Director, Equitable Outcomes and Schools, Cecil Roach plays a central role in the management of conflict resolution that focuses on the best interests of students; supports superintendent learning; and monitors system and school improvement planning for schools within the Community Education Centre East and North areas. He also has oversight of the following:

implementing the Equity Action Plan and the Indigenous Education and Equity Strategy

nurturing positive community relationships

overseeing the Inclusive Schools and Community Services department
