York Region District School Board (YRDSB) is hosting the 10th annual Best Buddies Special Needs Prom. This is the first in-person Best Buddies Prom to celebrate students with exceptionalities since 2019. Over 730 students and staff from 33 high schools across YRDSB will be in attendance.
Best Buddies Canada is a national charity that helps promote inclusion and reduce bullying through friendship for individuals with an intellectual or developmental disability (IDD).
