Associate Director of Education, Schools, Programs and Equitable Outcomes
The Associate Director of Education provides leadership in the strategic planning, development, implementation, evaluation and continuous improvement of Board programs. Along with board departments, will work proactively with the Board’s senior team to support the Board’s Mission, Vision and Values as well as developing and executing the Board’s Multi-Year Strategic Plan (MYSP), and Director’s Action Plan (DAP). The Associate Director of Education provides support to the Board of Trustees and system wide oversight and leadership to Superintendents and senior staff in support of student achievement and wellbeing and system service excellence.
The Associate Director of Education, Schools, Programs and Equitable Outcomes has oversight of Superintendents of Education with responsibility for families of schools, Coordinating Superintendent of Student Services and Well Being, Coordinating Superintendent Equity, Inclusive School and Community Services, Research and Assessment Services along with Superintendent, Caring and Safe Schools, Indigenous and International Languages.
