Unionville Meadows P.S. is hosting their first Family Wellness Night. There will be activities, resources, educational booths and raffle prizes for the entire family. This event will focus on many areas of wellness including: healthy eating habits, fitness, stress reduction, mindfulness, equity and inclusion, and mental health awareness. Families will have a chance to participate in hands-on activities.
