Our performance review process and evaluation criteria for the Director is publicly posted to ensure transparency and accountability to our communities.
On behalf of the Board of Trustees, I am pleased to confirm that the Annual Performance Review for Director of Education Louise Sirisko has been successfully completed for the 2020/2021 school year. Our review looked at the Key Accountabilities, Strategic Priorities and Leadership Competencies. As outlined in Board policy and procedure, this year’s review included a confidential 360-degree performance feedback process, administered by a third party consultant, which invited input from all 13 trustees, student trustees, members of the Senior Leadership Team, the Board’s Advisory Committees, unions and federations and other employee groups and identified community partners.
