Trustee Conduct
Trustees are responsible for conducing themselves in accordance with the Trustee Code of Conduct at all formal and informal meetings, event and/or public gatherings in which they are carrying out their official responsibilities. The Trustee Code of Conduct applies to all trustees of the Board as well as non-elected members of all Board, Advisory and Board Committees in relation to their official functions, powers and duties as members of such committee.
Integrity Commissioner
Sandhya Kohli has been appointed by the Board to carry out, in an independent manner, the duties and responsibilities of the Independent Office of the Integrity Commissioner.
