Stages of the Process
There are three (3) stages to the Vice-Principal Selection process, each assessing candidates on different aspects of their leadership skills and abilities. A resource has been developed which provides details of the process and further explains all of the stages. Preparing for the Vice-Principal Selection Process will be available on the WWW and the BWW.
If successful, candidates will receive communication from the Recruitment team and will move to the next stage of the process.
This process is anticipated to run from January to mid-April 2022. Eligible and interested candidates are encouraged to consider this leadership opportunity.

After Candidates complete their My Leadership Profile on BetterEducate, candidates download and save the PDF document to their computer

Create a profile on ATE

Once the ATE profile has been completed, candidates will then upload their saved My Leadership Profile PDF to the Resume link on ATE

Selection Team will review all applications for eligibility by criteria and determine a list of candidates to move forward to Stage 2

Oral Presentation Question – this question will be sent to the candidate one week in advance
