Notification of Intent to Provide Home Schooling - Once a parent decides to home school their child, they need to send a letter to their child’s school to notify them of their intent to home school prior to the beginning of the school year. Parents may write their own letter or use a copy of the Notification of Intent to Provide Home Schooling.
Response to a Parent Notification to Home School - Once the letter from the parents is received, a letter is sent out on behalf of the school board to acknowledge that the parents are home schooling their child.
